David Scheuneman, M.Div. Interfaith Spiritual Mentor Greetings! This website is an introduction to my meditation and spiritual direction specialty. I offer holistic interfaith resources for spiritual development through private consultation, group practice and retreats. I developed this specialty through a master's degree at Meadville/Lombard Theological School and training at Claret Center. My education centered on learning how to facilitate the faith journey of others – allied with study in contemplative psychology, pastoral care and counseling. Subsequently, I was endorsed by the Ministerial Fellowship Committee of the Unitarian Universalist Association. I now practice independently, through Studio Zero, a 501-c-3 nonprofit. Meanwhile, I have been a meditator for over 20 years. On this path, I have practiced Buddhist meditation (Zen and Tibetan forms) and Western styles of contemplative prayer. I continue to study the mystical branches of the world's religions to inspire my personal and professional paths. For ongoing inspiration and education, I am a member of Spiritul Directors International. |
